What does "Requests/Month" mean?
Each time a visitor lands on your website, the visitor's browser requests a copy of the visitor.js script from our servers. These download requests are counted towards your account's monthly quota.
As a rule of thumb, the number of script requests will be about as high as the number of unique visitors to your website. Since the browser caches the visitor.js script, it is usually downloaded only once per visitor.
What happens if I reach my "Requests/Month" quota?
Once you hit your account's monthly quota, the server will automatically send an email to let you (and us) know.
In this case, your account will remain fully active. However, we may later decide to suspend our account if you exceed the quota by a significant margin or on a regular basis.
